POOR INTERNET CONTRACT

I took out a broadband contract with MTN in 2012. Since the first day I battled with MTN regarding my connection. I have send endless emails to their support centre regarding my problem. My internet connection are so slow that it is merely impossible to download anything. Suddenly in July 2013 I started to receive 3G. That was wonderfull. Two days ago the connection returned to EDGE mode. MTN does not care to solve their clients problems but my monthly subscription are good enough for them. I am furious with MTN. They do not live up to their promises of being "Everywhere you go". It took me about 15 minutes just to get logged in to hellopeter.
