CellC Ignores its own Opt Out Service

After using CellC's online opt out service and after being told by A CellC representative (Blanche) that I would no longer receive unsolicited marketing rubbish, I received a "Trace Stars" SMS originating from CellC. New levels of customers service have been reached.
