If you can see on my emails I send I had requested that I will pay this account on Tuesday and for you guys not to suspend the account, and I had asked clarity on an issue that had made the debit to bounce.
Now ur agent responded, and apologized for the misunderstanding and I assumed that all will be fine and will pay on Tuesday. Now today I check my emails and I cannot access because YOU GUYS SUSPENDED my account. If it was a problem to pay on Tuesday you guys could have told me so that I paid earlier.
