Well I am still sitting with a phone that's a few months old and does not work properly. I would just like my phone fixed or replaced as per the warranty of the phone. It would be nice to receive a phone call instead of a generic response that you just enter the department that is at fault. If you guys did have good service you would have called me straight away and make the customer happy instead of waiting for you to sort out your internal issues. Its not like I am requesting something out of the norm but what you mean to do every day. I think the is a very poor response to my bad service. This is just proof you don't care. Lets see if you call me today been Monday the 7th October.
