I have had my cell c contract for almost a year now and for over 9 months I have been trying to get my personal details rectified. I have contacted the call centre every month upon receipt of my bill to let them know that there is a mistake on my personal details. I do not understand WHO MESSED IT UP WHEN I TOOK THE CONTRACT OUT!!! either its the fault of CELL C Bluff or Your agents who activated the contract. My name is Miss Carey-Anne Paul and not Mrs careyanne paul -which is reflected on my statement. I have also requested that my statements get emailed and not posted. YET YOU GUYS CANT SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT. I am at my wits end. Every time i call the contact centre the call centre agent tells me the same thing.-"your query has been escalated". YET NOTHING HAPPENS! CELL C I EXPECT MORE FROM YOU AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! WHAT IS GOING ON??? I wanted to use my cell c bill as my proof of address when i was buying a car however Wesbank would not accept it because of the MISPELLING on my name and the fact that it says im MRS. PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY!!!
