I have been a loyal subscriber with MWeb since almost the start of the company
My latest subscription for the last couple of years is a 2 gig UNCAPPED line.
Since last week I have been throttled- this was not the agreement that I had with MWEB when I subscribed to you UNCAPPED UNLIMITED line.
When I called over the weekend I was told that I will be throttled for 3-4 days. It has been a week now.
I can hardly open an webpage - because of the speed.
It seem that if one looks at hellopeter you are going to lose lots of customers that is - like me very off at the way you are treating old and existing customers.
