Nashua Mobile incorrectly upgraded my cell phone and not my daughters cell phone as requested.
As from 7 January 2013 - I could not use my phone.
Since then I have been contacting them, their escalation manager without success.
They made the error but cannot or do not want to fix it. Very bad customer service.
I do not understand that an error made in a couple of minutes takes more than 3 weeks to correct.
I lost my respect for this company and its quality and standard of service as well as its escalation process and manager.
