INCORRECT ACCOUNT

I received an Invoice for "so called PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS" for R10549.81" which I am not aware of. I do have a landline with Uncapped Internet, which I pay a lot for and uses that for Internet, emails and banking. The only times I do use my cellphone for Internet is when I am out of town, to check if I've got important mail. Now the consultant informs me that I only have a limited amount of free bbm's (I have a Blackberry Z10), and after that's exceeded I need to pay for the extra's. How do one control or know when it's finished if they don't inform you, and how di you know when you start to pay? She also just showed me that my Wifi, Bluetooth NFC and Mobile Hotspot must be off... I never switched it on... didn't know how, so how could I have used it? And it was on? But why is this the first time they are billing me so much? And this is my 3rd Blackberry... always on the same contract? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!! I am not going to pay this amount!! I will stop my contract and they can take me to court. I was uninformed!! I do not know these things!!! Can you tell me what we can do about this?
