I have sent in this complaint to mtn on the 26/06/2013, i have still not been contacted. I have upgraded to a Samsumg Galaxy S4. I received a tax invoice dated 20/06/2013 Invoice no. E502624835 which reflects an amount for packet switched data calls ofR357.73. When i contacted MTN telephonically on 26/06/2013 i was informed by a consultant that the entire amount was used on a download on 16/06/2013 at 06:15 am which i find highly irregular as i have wifi both at home and at work and hardly ever switch my mobile internet on. On 16/06/2013, i did not use my mobile internet as it was switched off. In addition i had an amount of R170.00 airtime that was taken away and i was informed by the consultant that this was also used on the download in question. Secondly, reflected on the invoice is an amount of R51.75 for BIS which is incorrect as i have a Samsung which i previously stated, this was also reflected on my invoice dated 20/05/2013 and my upgrade was done on approximately 08/05/2013. When i upgraded i was informed that i would receive 200 sms's per month, for the previous and current month i have only received 25 sms's per month.
