Once again, Nashua Mobile service centre and client service is beyond appalling. 7 months ago, I went through a 2 MONTH process to try and get refunded monies owed to me. The reason the money was owed was that my bank account was being debited with other customers amounts. Thanks to a very helpful chap who didn't even work in the customer service department, it was EVENTUALLY sorted. And the process has begun again, and again, I am received no assistance, no 'customer service' (not sure the definition of this is explained to the call centre), and definitely no feedback or resolution. I have only had issues with Nashua since I signed up with them, and would advise anyone thinking about doing the same to NOT DO THIS!!
