I have been trying to get a giga deal, unfortunately i have to go to a store and get a whole new sim and number and get the deal preloaded on another sim and number. All i want is the convenience of adding it to a current existing sim i have. If its possilbe to purchase a data bundle by dialling *147# why is it not that easy to get a giga deal just as easy as it does work out cheaper. Personally giga deals should also be available for purchase when dialling *147# and be deducted from our airtime when selected just the same way as purchasing data bundles. Going all the way to a store and getting a new sim is just an inconvenience, besides adding it to *147# is simpler and more efficient. End of the day it saves consumers time and money aswell as Cell C.
