The past months I posted about the incovenient of my new contract phone which the camera stop working and delay of delivery.
1. I was adviced to send my phone back to repair since was out of 14 days but that was not answer for em sionce the phone have software problems.
1.After many calls, conversations and two post at helo peter, Rashied promised to solve problems which indeed he did: my phone was replaced by new phone and my data that I lost was recovered by at least 25 percent better than nothing, at least we met half way.
2. After this calls and incovenient services the people who rebuild my relationship with Vodacom after i declare that I won't use vodacom again due of poor services are as follows: Rashied, paul De salva (Sales team leader), Lindi from repair shops and Daniel from George, Garden Route Repair shops# thanks you are all starship hip hoorayyy!
