The branches is not giving me answers!!!

My name is Marlon Rooi and I have been with MTN basically all my life and never had a problem with them until this year 2013 starting in June. Late last year I took out a contract with MTN for my S3 & Galaxy tab. For this was at a summer special. I took it out agreeing to pay the amount of -R778 pp. Only to find out in the month of June 2013 that MTN was deducting a lot more then what they were suppose to deduct. I was very upset and asked them to tell me what the cause of it all is and no one can up until today give me a straight answer. I stopped paying MTN because I want to know how other people besides me and MTN can get into my contract without my authority / consent. For me this spells out within MTN and today I went to Zevenwaght Mall's branch to address the matter and they explained the exact same the cape gate & cape town branch gave me. It's almost like this has been practiced. I asked for a print out of my outstanding payments and for them to show on the statement exactly what I'm paying and by my findings they couldn't help me because they apparently was offline. So they gave me a number (0831808) to call and ask for a 'Itemised bill and again I can't get it
