I had parked my car outise at Diepkloof zone 5 and my 2 phones (Sumsung GT N700 and Nokia phone but only the Sumsung was insured with MTN) were in cabihold I lokced the car with the mobiliser and then when I came back I noticed that the car was didnt lock although when I pressed the imobileser the lights of the car flashed, giving me a sign that the car is locked when I went to the police to do the affidavit thats when they told me that the culprits might have used a jamming device. While i was pressing the Imobiliser they pressed the jamming the divice to stop the car from locking but when the lights flashed giving me a sing that the car was locked it didnt lock.
Now I went to my insurance and report the matter and they told me that they will not pay for that becuase the was no force entry to the car. I've read their t and c's and believe to have done my best safe gaurd my device and Mtn should refund me becuase I did my best to lock the car and I didnt know if the are devices that they use to jam cars from locking.
