Overbilled aftract ended

My 3 year contract ended today 17thj jan. It has been cancelled but you have still billed me till the end of the month. I did not contract with you till end of Jan, my contract ended on the 17th so how Ican I be liable for a full months subscription until the end of the month.? When I first took the contract, I was prorata billed, the same should apply now. This is one for the watchddog if it's not sorted out. You are holding clients to contract charges beyond their contractual dates agreed upon.
