On 12/09 I lodged a fault for my land line, I received an sms stating that telkom will resolve this problem asap. yesterday (03/10) my wife went to telkom in eikestad mall and ask why we still have this problem. the operator was very rude, screaming at my wife. she/they do not know when a technician will be available? I pay a service fee R173 monthly, so why am i paying for something that does not work?
