Poor service to settle excessive account

After suddenly receiving a report that an additional amount has been deducted from my bank account, for apparently exceeding my cellphone account, a request was made to solve this matter. The excuse was given that I may have subscribed to one or other application continuously downloading data, at an enormous rate. This all started when I picked up a problem with my Blackberry phone, and handing it in for repairs. Since then, three months later, I am still having to pay out of my pocket, for excess amounts on my phone, and yes, Nashua Mobile are still humming about all kinds of stories, instead of giving me any real info to work from. I must make it clear that I do NOT see anything being downloaded onto my phone, I don't get any newsfeeds. I have even gone so far as to switch off the GPS function.
This is truly pathetic, and if I can have my way, this contract will be cancelled.
