I have laid several formal complaints regarding the unauthorised debiting of my account for a cancelled contract. I was contact by Busi who has been appointed to resolve the matter. Busi contacted me and advised me the contract has been cancelled, there will be no more debits and the funds owed to me will be refunded to me in the next couple of days. I check my account this morning to my surprise they have debited my account again on the 01/10/13 and no refund has been allocated. I have sent Busi an email she still hasn`t replied or called. I will be opening a criminal case of against Cell C. I am sick and tired of dealing with this people this has been dragging on for more than 7 months now. I disgusted at the level of service I have received by Cell C.
