Vodacom unable to provide a service

Vodacom were notified of their blocking my SMTP traffic over two months ago. I have over 150 e-mails regarding this issue. They have failed to understand what the issue is, and have refused to respond to my queries for almost two weeks. I live an area with few other alternatives, and am at my wits end. About a month ago I had a response reassuring me that they are committed to resolving the issue.
Ben Mathegka finally responded stating that the problem is not on their side, in spite of irrefutable proof that it is. After responding as such, they have declined to assist further or respond to my mails.
This has cost me thousands of Rands, and Vodacom are unwilling to resolve their issues due to negligence and lack of competence, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes.
It is clear tom me that Vodacom are NOT a responsible company, and have no interest in either social responsibilities or serving our community.
