Vodacom, NO feedback!

This is my second complaint towards VODACOM.

I dnt know what else to do, the only way to get them to notice my issue is for me to have to post it public, then only do they reply "respond"

I am starting to get really tired now, i wish i could just get things sorted out.

My problem?

I do NOT get 3g coverage at home.

I live in a built up area/ city.

The VODACOM website shows my property is covered partially with 3g signal.

VODACOM says - you can use EDGE ONLY> lol

I am waiting for them to cancel my contract. Well, thats what the lady said last week they could offer me.

So, i was a little bit more relived in hearing this, (paying for something and not getting what is promised is not nice)

BUT

I still wait to hear from them.

NO feedback, i wish they could just close the my case now instead of me having to keep writing negative comments about their service.

I will NOT stop VODACOM, i will NOT go away until you deal with my issue in a professional matter and bring closure.
