I called the Vodacom call centre as I was promised a call back 7 days ago. Spoke to a lady by the name of Hunadi what a rude lady she is. She refused to call a supervisor or even transfer my call to the cancellation department (I find it strange bcoz previous consultants were able to transfer my call) She was actually chewing a gum on my ear eventually she hang up on me. I called again by luck I got through to her again and she hang up again. I don't I will be calling that call centre again,
I'm a very upset customer. I just want to cancel everything and use another network provider honestly if this is the service I will get from Vodacom. I'm still waiting for the contract that I didn't request for to be cancelled. I paid for my Bis which I cant use for the past 7 days and my 328 talking points were redeem without my permission. I'm glad there are other service providers. Guess my query will only be resolved this time next year.
