This will be my second complaint to MTN only because you can write one report per supplier in 5 days. And i can guarantee you there will be no response like our first report.
On day 4 of our contract we went to the manager Andrew Jacobs, store manager Pavillion, Westville to cancel it. He refused for this to happen as he said this is not possible. We have been trying to resolve the issue every day via email/phone and physically being in the shop to find that we were able to cancel the contract with no fee. Several staff have said that we were in our rights to cancel the contract but now that we are on day 8 (Saturday & Sunday included) we cannot. Andrew Jacobs has no regard for the consumer protection act either. MTN please contact us to resolve this as no general human being can get hold of an influential staff member.
