As a security company we require our adsl line . when we had no internet service we contacted our service provider m web who informed me that our router is trying to connect to a number (not cp security) 021 913 3760 and this occurs when the telkom technicians work on the lines / box an connect the the wrong ports and can be rectified in five minutes max .m web logged the fault with telkom . after 24hrs i also logged the fault . ref 473cwk060213 stiil no connection and repeatedly phoned 10210 about thirty times in three days even my son in australia sent emails on my behalf to have my service restored to no avail . everytime i phoned to speak to a manager i was put on hold / cut off or the following of many excuses supervisor in the toilet / in a meeting / sick / on leave / at mosque / on lunch 10h30 / or they will call back but never did all these operators could not give me the supervisors name or a contact phone number . i phoned pretoria and they refered me back to the 10210 faults number . there is no where else to complain there are no tel numbers in the phone book only the faults reporting line . i have emailed telkom [Email Removed] no response please help
