Worst service ever!!!

I was unemployed for 7 months in 2011 which has caused my Altech Autopage account to go in arrears. I eventually started a job but was unable to pay full arrears but made arrangements with their Consultant Keenan Williams to take debit orders off my account on the last day of every mnth which he never did even after he has assured me the debit orders was loaded. He also gave me incorrect info by telling me if i paid a certain amnt my account would be up to date whch ws not the case after i paid it, he also never responded to my emails when i continually asked him why the debit orders wasnt taken and due to him NOT loading the debit order the accnt ws handed over. My contract also expired somewhere in 2012 which i emailed him to stop it from renewing and at the time I remember I had a balance of just over R2000 and now all of a sudden I owe them R6000 . I demand to know where this comes from when my contract expired in Oct 2012. They gave me the worst service ever and I will never ever deal with them agn and urge ppl to be careful. Also even last months statement they sent me shows a balance of just over R1800. So where does R6000 come from?
