Booked my MTN phone In for repairs on the 14th Nov 2013 has a cracked screen that needs to be replaced. I was assisted by the lady (Ms. Maseko S) who promised me that my phone would be sent for a quote evaluation on the 18th Nov 2013 of which she did and that they will forward me a quote which I personally had to fax to my MTN insurance provider, call and give a reference number from repairs. Now the problem is the MTN insurance number provided is not being answered since Monday the 18th (083 123 6084) to date but quote faxed last week Monday the 18th. On the 21st November I went back to MTN Menlyn to make them aware of this and was assisted by Siphiwe Ledwaba. She dialled the very same insurance MTN number and for about an hour still no answer from the insurance with the other employees at the back making comments such as "you still going to wait" directed to her which disturbed me that they knew very well this number is not being responded to. Without an explanation she hang up the phone & gave me a printout of the e-mail she had sent to the insurance. Up to this date the number is not being answered and no response yet from the e-mail sent by Siphiwe Ledwaba.
