07/01 discussed upgrade in length, phone & colour was specifically discussed. received a message on phone few days later but message was so faint i could hardly hear. went back to branch the friday 15/01 was told no phone was ordered as no white ones are in stock. he fetched a phone from the back & i was told it's the only one they have. i was disappointed but said it's fine i will take it. checked with him whilst he was doing paperwork if he upgraded me from anytime 100 to anytime 200. (he nearly forgot) he changed the contract to anytime 200. & took my id to make a copy but forgot to give it back to me & i also forgot. i get home and my family are unahppy with the phone as they said i could have got a better phone. the 9320 is not the latest phone but it's an old phone & certainly not the best phone you can get on that contract. i was not given the option to pay in a bit more... for a better phone. Monday 18/01 the phone goes back. service once again received by manager was also not to satisfaction. i was kept waiting 20 mins to see her whilst she attended to a customer who arrived after i did. Head office did not send sms notification either, i called them.
