I called the mtn call center enquiring about the new platform for email " my mtnloaded" - the filter rule for my email setup does not work on this new platform. I had given the call agent all the details of my query to have an email that is received in my inbox to stay in my inbox and then redirect the email to another email address that i specified, which used to work very well previously. I was promised a call by an agent the following day, but never received one. I'm now waiting for over 2 weeks
