I have never received such bad service. I've log about 8 different calls regarding my internet. Spoken to a number of different people and still my internet isn't working the way it should. I have had it escalated but still no joy. Firstly I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting and secondly they went and dropped my speed to a lower speed yet I'm paying for faster speed totally unacceptable!
Telkom advertises the world and give you nothing!
I'm at a loss for words and just don't know what do do anymore!
