POOR SERVICE, NO REGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER

I paid for my service, their back systems locked me out. They claimed that I had previously defrauded them.
When I did show proof of my identity, they still did not reinstate my services. Instead I had to call continously, each time they would pass the buck, with no one what was happening.
They have absolutely terrible service, and no regard for a customer.

Meanwhile they took my money through a debit order, but refuse to switch my service back on.

Will never recommend them to anyone again. Poor service and communication.
