Poor communication system and customer service

For the record, this is not the first time I've experienced poor service at Amathuba.
I called in to their "customer service" no. 021 553 0060, to be greeted by their receptionsist, Michelle. Apparently, she cannot direct any call calls to consultants (I don't understand this!) - they can only call me back. I then left my details and expected a call within the hour. Two hours later, I make a repeat call, and she tells me the consultants can only call me back on Monday or Tuesday, as they are busy right now. My conclusion is that they have higher priorities than customer service.

I then asked for George's number (the owner) as from a previous complaint, I got his word that he will personally attend to any issues I have - no answer.

Terrible service and I strongly recommend you stay away! Your money is better spent with organisations who take the time and effort to ensure customer communication and satisfaction.
