Been currently holding for vodacom call centre for the past 30 min. Does anyone ever cares about us customers and our complains. Is it really a good service to be holding for so long on a call and I have an emergency for that matter. This is really nonsense. Cos I'm now going to be forced to put down this call cos its going above 30 min now.
This is really not on!! And so irritating
