I put in a new application with Telkom Direct this morning at Canal Walk. Thobeka dealt with my application and I was extremely happy with the competance, friendly and helpful attitude and speed that she processed my application. I know these are only my first steps in my Telkom experience, but I must say I was thoroughly impressed.
