I had a contract with 8ta, which was supposed to end on end of July. i received a call during August from sell direct offering an upgrade from my current contract to an upgrade of R188 a month with a new blackberry 9320. They advised that from 1 september i will start paying this amount and my BIS will be retained and will get more benefits on the package. I want to confirm that a few days later they stopped all the services, i could not access BIS or any calls to date. my calls to 8ta were to no avail, they simply dont reply to cutomer complaints. I also sent emails on the website asking for this to be fixed but no one ever replied. the most appaling thing is that they keep deducting an amount that is more than the agreed one. the question is for what when they are not giving me the service i need. allow me to express my disgust at this kind of service, this service provider is ripping me off and they dont even care about my concerns or needs. i am tired of sending emails on the website trying to contact them. What a useless company to conduct business with.
