BIS was included in contract but now I have to pay

I got the 99 top up deal with a Blackberry where BIS is included for the duration of the contract. Because of work related purposes I had to take the BES instead and with some hassle it was activated. I left my work and when I cancelled my BES because I have no use of it any more being under the impression my BIS is part of my 2 year contract and it should be fairly easy to activate it. I phoned and spoke to a guy at your call center that is informing me that I have to pay to have my BIS now. He stated that it was never part of my contract. The thing that really gets me is this evening on TV you are advertising the same contract and phone making your selling point that BIS is included. Vodacom you are so full of nonsense and I want every one to know that you are a supplier that doesn't keep to what you sell. People please take note that they say BIS is included but it really isn't.
