Who/what am I dealing with?? :
1) A bunch of ;
2) A bunch of incompetent people;
3) A bunch of liars;
4) A bunch of misrepresentationists!!

The amounts of R5, 981.62 and R398 was debited to my account yesterday, both being R100 more than the amounts below!! Apart from that, the half of R5, 881.62 (R2, 940.81) should have been debited in six monthly instalments as from 1 Oct.

I have now been battling for six months to get my account sorted out and even after written confirmation my account is handled incorrectly!

What is going to be done about this???

"Hi Anton,

As discussed, we can only move you back to the old packages if 50% of the handsets amount are paid.

The total handsets amount is R5881.62 for both handsets, after which the discount applied R2940.81, is required and payable on arrangement within 6 months.
R2940.81/6 = R490.14.
This means that from the 1st of October 2013 until 1st March 2014 you will pay for the handset amount R490.14. R298.00 commitments for both your line = R788.14.

Pleas confirm in writing our agreement to the above arrangement, as discussed telephonically.
