For the past 29minutes i have been trying to get through to the MTN accounts department with no joy!!
when i called the callcenter, the callcenter consultant told me i will not be able to speak with the accounts department manager until i get through to the accounts department as there is no direct line and as i'm typing out this complaint i'm still waiting for someone to answer my call 38minutes later.
I'm really outraged with the poor level of service and at the fact that i still have not been assisted!!!
