Good day Cell C,
On 1 August I went to the Cell C website, looking for handsets for my upgrade, which I came across an unbelievable deal with the Sony Xperia Z for R129 for 24 months, which I choose the option "I want this" and sent my information to be called back, I honestly thought that this was a special Cell C was having, so being impatient called the upgrades department, the agent said it must of been a mistake and stated someone will call me to advise what will happen in this case, so I waited even logged a query by sending an email, so I am still waiting for someone to call me. If that was a mistake why didn't someone call me and state that this is a mistake and we apologise, so to my understanding no one has called, that was the price which Cell C does not want to give me, also you had the time to rectify the price of the handset in a couple of minutes but could not call the customer, this is so wrong. I WANT MY UPGRADE WITH THE SONY XPERIA Z FOR R129 x 24 MONTHS.
