2 month later still waiting for my refund

Its exactly two months now, i'm still waiting for Cellc to give me back my money. From August i've been waiting for 7 days for them to pay. I've just forwarded my case to NCC with all reference numbers, dates, consultants and team leaders names.

Hopefully someone will assist . when trying to cancel this contract, they are quick to tell you about the penalty. I want out but i guess im stuck with this contract.
