After two visits to Telkom Mobile Centurion Branch and Three calls to one of the mst incompetant call centres in the country, I am still charged for a contract that should have been cancelled (even though documentary proof is provided), charged for the wrong new contract (different from contract I have), and charged for services I did not request. Also no response to the emails I have sent to the agents at the Centurion branch. Proof again that a leopard does not change its spots...
