Please help to achieve some level of service from MTN.
During August I had been bounced around between call centres.
Thereafter in September many emails sent but still NO contact.
My situation is simple. I am a loyal paying customer hoping for a reason to stay on with MTN.
I have been with MTN, since 2006.
Since August 2008 there has been NO communication from MTN regarding eligibility for upgrade and the subsequent termination of the MyChoice 75 package.
MTN has been paid R83.00 (now R83.99) monthly service fee without much usage due to international travel, yet there has been NO contact from MTN. Over 5 years I have and continue to pay MTN almost a thousand rand per year and yet there has been no attempt to inform me of upgrades or of the termination of my packageevn though newer lower price packages are available.
Even now no tangible response has been received from MTN.
The situation is intolerable. Please assist.
