Pathetic service and paying more than what I am contracted for with MTN. I have been a loyal customer of MTN for past 15years. I upgraded my two top up cellphone contracts around august/september. Mtn is now billing me for free upgrades plus charging me for things i did not sign up for. Could it be so difficult to just charge me for what i signed up for. I logged an enquiry with the fairland branch at wesbank building and with mtn service address [Email Removed] still no response, its been a month now.
