I know that the BB kiosks set ups around SA in certain malls are meant to satisfy client needs and I applaud this service. This was my reason for my visit on the day. My sons BB was freezing up and need according to the service consultant, a software update. A choice I would regret for the next 48 hours. There was no sense of purpose or haste from this gentlemen because they first spent twenty minutes photographing themselves for the purpose of clocking into work. The smell of the previous nights party was still noticable and that to start off wasnt a good idea. during the time that he spent 'updating my device' he was more interested on what was going on on his own BB device as well as feeding himself food from a packet. Never once was did he mention that all information would be lost on my phone, a crisis for me as my son as he was returning to the EC for school on the Monday. The worst was still to come, the downdate or whatever it was, had been setup for BES which did not allow any download as the administrator would not allow this. It took myself and a friend 400 odd megs of data, at my cost, to find the solution to the error and I got to sleep at 04H00. This service was sad.
