Application for new Contract

Wow! Vodacom!!! I applied on-line for a contract. I received a call from an agent within less then an hr - EXCELLENT response time. We started the process, systems hangs, kicked her out and than we had to start again. We continue, got quite far - banking details confirmation, freeze again, kicks her out and this time lost all the information. She professionally asked to start over again. 2nd time now just for it to happen again. SERIOUSLY -VODACOM...??? What kind of service could one then expect after that...?
