Good day my name is David de Beer id:7810225017081. i requested Telkom to deactivate my account as the i bought a ADSL modem and line the lightning struck this modem and as they did not want to replace the modem that were part of the contract i reqeusted them to discontineu. they agreed and disconected i recieved a bill and paid the account in full as this needed to be done and send to them i paid this at Pick and Pay at waterfall mall and i went to the Telkm shop in waterfall mall to complete this were verified and it were done. Unfortunately when i wanted to buy a car tin september it showed that i had an outstanding account with Telkom i requested from telkom to send me info they over handed it to credit beuro as i requested wich company it were with and what the acoount was for they hanged up on me i do not know what the amount is and how musch this is according to my knolagde there should not be any thing else as the line were disconected and removed.
