Before December for many years I had a usable 4mb line, it wasn't perfect, but it was usable.
In December something happened as then the line became unstable and unusable - then Telkom say that they cannot deliver 4mb, so they drop my profile to 3mb. Fine - Pay for 4mb get 3mb - all good. Now for the last 2 months, I have been battling to get Telkom to even get my line to sync at 3mb - nevermind if you attach a lightning protector. - all they say is "See my modem works - it must be your modem..." I have 3 modems doing the same thing. one is brand new - the others have been working for years. Just not on this line.
My choice is now only to cancel as this service is a pure money sink.
