This has been an on going problem we been having with my son's cell number the first incident was on the 7/08/2013 when I made a payment on the old account that was outstanding and due to them not following the instruction given in the email on where to allocate the monies they deleted the email without reading the mail. Which resulted in that my son's cell kept on getting cut as the account was still reflecting outstanding after numerous of calls & also having the phone dropped in my ear I eventually ended up speaking to Ivy in the pre-legal department which she assisted me in getting the matter resolved after me placing a huge complaint on facebook the account was discussed and resolved I also requested that the number in question to be removed from debit order and returned to eft so that I can make the payment every month on the 25th all was confirmed & as from then I would make the payment. On Friday the 27th September I log onto my fiances bank account & I see that Cell C had debited my fiances account when they were instructed not to I have phoned and spoken to them to correct their error as this & the payment had already been done we are still waiting for the refund???
