I would like to compliment Luke for the excellent work he did on my ADSL line.
He arrived on a Saturday to inspect and fix the line and went out of his way to make sure it was in full working order by even rechecking it on the following Monday at the exchange without being asked to. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the problem and was very pleasant to deal with.
