My telkommix contract ended over 2 months ago. Till now I am waiting for an 'upgrade'. Initially I was given the excuse that they don't have a process up as yet to upgrade now the excuse is they have a system error. I am referred to a different person each time basically they make run in a circle. And each consultant gives me a different story. I an quite tired of waiting, please give me the necessary info when I can upgrade and get a new device.
