I arrived at the Telkom Direct Store at 8:32 and held up a Battery to the window for the staff to see, the gestured for me to wait outside. I then proceeded to wait for the following 30min whilst they had coffee, chatted and generally had a good time. at 9:03 they opened the door. as I stepped in I asked if they had the battery and without looking at it they said sorry No stock.
I then informed them that I had been there twice before and they told me it was a new year and stock had arrived but none of those specific batteries!! I asked why they had not ordered one for me! The manager then informed me that they don't in fact place orders and that Telkom merely sends them whatever stock they feel like sending!!
Clueless??? I wonder!!
