MTN is really really pathetic! Service wise. I have never received any statements from MTN over a 9 month period to date. Also stated in my contract is that a debit order can go through on the 1st of every month but everytime i look at my statements i see MTN has tried to take the money off on the 28th or 29th. It is really annoying as i now have to find my own ways and means to find out what is due on my account then pay it. Please improve your admin / account department as it is up to no good
